The thing that catches people out writing ukulele tab is re-entrant tuning. On most ukuleles the G string is tuned high, above the C, so the string nearest your chin isn't the lowest note. Tab passes over this without comment, because it is telling you which string and which fret rather than which pitch — it only gets confusing if you try to read it as notation.
Baritone ukuleles are tuned D-G-B-E instead, but they're still four strings, so the same paper works.
2.5mm spacing suits ordinary tab. Chord melody wants nearer 3mm, since you'll be stacking fret numbers vertically across all four strings.

Which line is which string?
G-C-E-A, bottom to top. On a re-entrant uke that bottom G is tuned high — the tab doesn't care, it's telling you where to put your fingers.
Baritone?
